I think when you become an American citizen you could have your own rights where ever you are in the world.If you don't, and are still illegal you should only have your saying and rights where you were born.You have to wait a long period of time and theres so many people that are infront of you.Then you have to take a test reguarding the laws and understandings.It's sad because alot of of people's anncestors were persecuted and being taken out of there homes,leaving family members
